After the rain

Yesterday evening we recieved a much needed one-inch rain. Bob had been noticing large cracks in the dirt while shredding the pasture so it was just in time.

After the rain we were blessed with this beautiful sunset.
This morning there was a heavy dew on the crape myrtles that are heavy in bloom right now. I took this photo against the sunrise.
